Spotlight on Philanthropy: Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

One of the best parts of Greek life is that each organization devotes time to philanthropic work. We love making custom apparel for each chapter’s philanthropy events; we’re so proud to play a small part in helping students raise money, increase awareness, and complete service projects all over the country.

Over the years, we’ve had the chance to make shirts for many of Phi Mu’s events benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Featured here are some we made for the Phi Mu chapter at Tulane University and Case Western Reserve University.

Tulane Phi Mu

The partnership between Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Phi Mu is longstanding, having been established in 1986. Given that they do so much great work in providing access to pediatric healthcare across the country, CMNH is also supported by the other Greek organizations listed below. Phi Mu leads the pack in donations at more than $2 million each year.

With 170 hospitals nationwide, CMNH is able to treat 10 million children each year. The donations they receive go to covering the cost of care for families whose insurance and personal contributions cannot cover the entire cost. With so many children in need of care, Phi Mu chapters are always inspired to do their best when it comes to fundraising. Popular fundraising events include golf tournaments and cook-offs, alongside signature annual events like The Miracle Network Dance Marathon and Bonnamu. Getting the whole campus together to have fun for a good cause is alright by us! Check out these CMNH Champions to learn more about the kids their donations support.
